These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pokarz website and the products, demos and services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Pokarz is a white-label poker platform offering Auto Dealer and Manual Dealer formats that operators can brand and launch as their own. The website presents these products and lets prospective operators request a demo or explore the platform.

Any game access provided through demos or linked environments is offered for evaluation purposes and may be subject to additional agreements.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including those governing online gaming in your jurisdiction.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt or place undue load on the Services or related infrastructure.
• Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell any part of the Services except as expressly permitted.
• Submit false information or another person's details through our forms.

When you submit a demo request or contact form, you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry using the details you provide. Information you submit is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Pokarz name and branding, and software — is owned by or licensed to Pokarz and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing on this site grants you ownership of that content.

Where we deliver the platform or source code to an operator, ownership and license terms are set out in the separate commercial agreement between us, not these Terms.

The Services may link to third-party websites or game environments that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties, and accessing them is at your own risk.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pokarz and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
